    I didn't realize how many parents texted with their kids. I know my teen always texts instead of calling me. Sometimes it drives me nuts other time I text back.

    My kids don't have a phone yet but I could see just texting them on most occasions.

    'I'm actually glad to see more parents are getting on the bandwagon with texting. If we refuse to get on the same level with our kids (communication wise), we all miss out.

    I have one who texts and one who doesn't yet. :) I do text with my daughter sometimes. She is not text crazy so it isn't a big deal yet.
